Harley Davidson JD 1200cc IOE 1927 -  special color - "Coach green"

This Harley-Davidson combination is an older restoration in good condition, it has been restored is Norway.
It was restored with a special color paint - coach green, which is correct for the model year 1927. At the later half of the 1920's Harley-Davidson introduced special color options other than the regular olive green, in order to remain succesful on the market. Later Indian reacted to this new trend also with unique color options featuring Dupont paints.

The presented coach green was also one of the special colors, which could optain a more characteristic look for its owner at the time.

The Harley-Davidson motorcycle combination is in good rideable condition.

JD examples were mainly ordered with sidecar, this example comes also with a sidecar, which matches the power of the 1200cc inlet over exhaust engine unit and was ideal for long distances at the time.
