The motorcycle was originally delivered from the factory to Germany with a Bosch ignition light system and Bosch headlights. The engine and gearbox are in very good technical condition, the magnet gives off a strong spark, the oil pump delivers plenty of oil drop by drop. The motorcycle has its own special twist throttle grip, which was only introduced by the AJS in 1928.
The previous owner was running fast with a 21" front wheel and larger 8" brakes with a 21" sport fender and a Fischer Amal carburettor. The motorcycle has now received a correct AJS K8 fender and front wheel and the matching brass Binks K8 carburettor.
The motorcycle has a great sound and is very sporty thanks to its lightweight construction and 500cc OHV engine.
