The motorcycle has been imported into EU before Brexit.
This very attractive four valve Rudge Special has been nicely restored in England, it is equipped with a beautiful chrome plated petrol tank and fish tail silencers, which give the machine even more character.
The Rudge is fitted with a powerful 500 cc OHV engine with four valves, four speed gearbox, girder front forks and huge 8 inch front and rare brakes - which features helped Rudge being highly competitive and modern in its time.
The ignition system consists of a rounded ML magneto, carburation is provided by an Amal carburettor. Further equipments include Miller electric lighting system and horn (including a Miller dynamo as well), dampers at the front fork and steering head, tool- and battery box, and a unique centre stand fitted with a practical lever to ease placing the bike on its stand.
The Rudge Special runs and rides well (video on request), it has been imported from the UK into EU before Brexit and comes with British V5C road registration documents and an old brown British logbook from 1948.
Engine and frame numbers are correct for the production year of 1932.
